Here is the continuation of our previous post Swinburne University of Technology.

Swinburne University of Technology offers over 300 courses including Engineering, Business Administration and Accounting. But they mainly focused on Designing, Industrial studies and Information Technology.  The study programs conducted by SUT are mainly focused on Internships, Industrial training and Practical. And they focus in the job market too. They have four campuses in Melbourne. They are: Hawthorn, Croydon, Wantirna and Prahran.

The Main campus is Hawthorn which offers vocational and undergraduate courses, postgraduate courses, short and research courses. The Croydon campus is purely for the TAFE Courses like Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) and other Youth Programs. They also provide some free advisory programs. Wantirna campus is called as ‘green campus ’ because of the beautiful garden and the landscapes with green houses. This campus is fully for TAFE Department of Horiculture and Environment. Finally Prahran Campus is a “Creative Campus”. It is fully for Arts and Design. It also offers National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA), Creative and Cultural Courses.

Academic Performance of SUT:

  1. SUT maintain its level in Top 500 universities in the world since 2009.
  2. It reached its Top 400 World’s universities in 2012 which was given by Prestigious Academic Ranking of World universities (ARWU).
  3. It has 10th rank among the Universities in Australia  and 3rd rank within the Victoria.
  4. It maintains its rank in top 100 universities for Physics by ARWU and maintains its top 400 by Higher Education World University Rankings.
